Run by Margaret and Jonathan Collinson in Farmington, Maine, parents of Davyd. Margaret, part Irish, is an author, bread baker, herbalist, musician, and grandmother. Jonathan, from South Devonshire, Uk, is a talented gardener, and with his green thumb has grown an entire orchard in their backyard. It is from this orchard and his garden where he harvests all the fruit for his famous jams and jellies.
